Our J D Smith Insurance Realty Package provides standalone General Liability and Contents coverage for Real Estate Agents who work individually or run a small Real Estate Brokerage. You may rent an office or desk at a shared space and the Canadian Broker requires you to have their own General Liability Coverage or perhaps the landlord has requested it. This JDS package will meet the landlord's requirements and will also provide coverage for any liability claims arising outside of the office such as during a showing or an open house.
